Who can participate? Seniors: Any senior over the age of 55 from the Mercer County region and be-yond. Church membership or religious affiliation is not required to participate in ECHO programs and activities.
Churches: Participating churches, particularly in their generous donation of space for ECHO functions, have been, and continue to be, vital to ECHO operations.
